1. Eligibility

  • • Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the organiser may be excluded.

2. Nature of the promotion

Giveaways are skill‑based promotions. Winners are selected based on the timing and accuracy of answers (and any other criteria described on the entry page). No purchase is necessary.

3. How to enter

  • • Complete the entry form and confirm your email.
  • • Answer the skill question(s) within the stated time.
  • • One entry per person unless otherwise specified.

4. Winner selection and notification

  • • Eligible entries are assessed in line with the skill criteria.
  • • Winners will be contacted via email or phone and may be published on our Winners page.
  • • If a winner cannot be contacted or fails verification within a reasonable time, we may award the prize to the next eligible entrant.

5. Prizes

  • • Prizes are as described on the entry page. We may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
  • • Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash unless required by law.

6. Verification

We may require proof of identity, age and residency before awarding a prize. Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or in breach of these Terms may be disqualified.

7. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or attempt to circumvent security or entry mechanisms.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your participation, except for injury or loss caused by our negligence. Nothing excludes rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
